These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Smash Padel Club Doral LLC’s website, facilities, booking systems, memberships, programs, activities, services, and SMS/text-messaging program. Ola Club is the trade name used by Smash Padel Club Doral LLC.

1. About Smash Padel Club Doral LLC

Ola Club is an indoor sports and lifestyle club operated by Smash Padel Club Doral LLC and located at:

Services may include indoor padel, indoor pickleball, fitness and functional training, academy lessons and clinics, leagues, tournaments, camps, Open Play, memberships, coworking, private and corporate events, café, retail, and related amenities.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Customers must provide accurate and current information when creating an account, registering, booking, purchasing, or enrolling. Customers are responsible for their account credentials, activity, contact information, payment information, and mobile number. Minors may participate only with required parent or guardian authorization.

3. Reservations and Bookings

Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until confirmed through the applicable booking platform or by an authorized Smash Padel Club Doral LLC representative. Customers must comply with booking windows, check-in requirements, court rules, cancellation policies, no-show policies, and program-specific requirements.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices and applicable fees are displayed at purchase or booking. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due at purchase or reservation. Memberships and packages may require advance or recurring payment. Promotional pricing is subject to its stated conditions and duration.

5. Memberships

Membership benefits, pricing, booking privileges, commitment periods, renewals, and cancellation provisions are governed by the terms presented at enrollment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, memberships are personal and non-transferable, benefits have no cash value, and unused benefits do not roll over.

6. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds

Reservations, lessons, programs, events, packages, and memberships may have specific cancellation and refund policies. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment or credits, applicable fees, or booking restrictions. Customers should review the applicable policy before purchase.

7. Lessons, Packages, and Academy Programs

Academy services are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase, including any advance-payment, fixed-schedule, completion-period, attendance, and cancellation requirements. Unused, expired, or missed sessions may be forfeited under the applicable program policy.

8. Facility Rules and Conduct

• Treat employees, coaches, players, members, and guests respectfully.
• Follow staff instructions and posted safety rules.
• Use courts, fitness equipment, and amenities appropriately.
• Wear appropriate athletic clothing and footwear.
• Do not engage in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, unsafe, or unauthorized commercial activity.
• Properly supervise minors under your responsibility.

Smash Padel Club Doral LLC may refuse entry, remove an individual, suspend privileges, or terminate an account or membership for conduct that threatens safety, interferes with operations, or violates these Terms.

9. Assumption of Risk

Padel, pickleball, fitness training, and other physical activities involve inherent risks. By participating voluntarily, customers acknowledge and accept the ordinary risks associated with the activity and are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate. Additional waivers may apply.

10. Personal Property

Customers are responsible for their personal property. Smash Padel Club Doral LLC does not provide lockers. To the extent permitted by law, Smash Padel Club Doral LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal items.

11. Photography and Media

Smash Padel Club Doral LLC may photograph or record general club activities, events, or tournaments. Where required, appropriate authorization will be obtained before identifiable images are used for advertising or promotional purposes. Separate authorization may be required for minors.

12. Coworking and Internet Access

Coworking and Internet services are amenities and may be interrupted. Customers may not use Smash Padel Club Doral LLC networks or facilities for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or disruptive activity. Smash Padel Club Doral LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted Internet access or suitability for a particular business purpose.

13. Events and Third-Party Services

Certain services may be provided with independent instructors, vendors, sponsors, or organizations and may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. Corporate and private event inquiries may be directed to info@olaclubs.com.

14. Promotions

Promotions are subject to their stated dates, eligibility, availability, and conditions, have no cash value unless stated otherwise, and may not be combined unless expressly authorized.

15. Electronic Communications

Smash Padel Club Doral LLC may send transactional communications reasonably necessary to administer accounts, purchases, reservations, memberships, safety matters, and customer-service requests. Marketing email and SMS communications require applicable consent. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.

16. Smash Padel Club Doral LLC SMS Program

Smash Padel Club Doral LLC DBA Ola Club sends recurring SMS messages only to customers and members who have expressly opted in. Messages may include reservation and court availability updates, match invitations, padel and pickleball information, Open Play announcements, tournaments and leagues, academy and lesson information, membership updates, club events, and occasional promotional offers.

17. SMS Consent and Opt-In

Where Smash Padel Club Doral LLC uses a website or registration form for SMS enrollment, the customer voluntarily provides a mobile number and affirmatively selects a separate, unchecked SMS-consent checkbox. SMS consent is optional, is not bundled with acceptance of these Terms, and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, creating an account, becoming a member, making a reservation, or participating in an Ola Club program. Consent applies specifically to Smash Padel Club Doral LLC DBA Ola Club and is not transferable or assignable to another business.

Where expressly offered, customers may also opt in by texting an authorized keyword such as START or SUBSCRIBE to an Ola Club messaging number.

18. SMS Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on customer activity and Smash Padel Club Doral LLC programs and promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier network availability may affect delivery, and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

19. SMS Opt-Out

Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard opt-out keywords may also include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPTOUT. After an opt-out request, a final confirmation message may be sent and no further recurring marketing messages will be sent unless the customer opts in again.

21. Mobile Information and Messaging Consent

Smash Padel Club Doral LLC does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent information to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories of information sharing described in these Terms exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Smash Padel Club Doral LLC may use service providers solely to perform operational services on its behalf, such as message delivery, reservations, payments, hosting, or technology support. Such providers may use the information only to perform contracted services for Smash Padel Club Doral LLC and not for their own marketing.

22. Transactional and Marketing Messages

Marketing consent is obtained separately when required. Opting out of marketing messages may not prevent legally permitted non-promotional communications relating to an active transaction, reservation, membership, safety matter, or customer-service request.

23. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Smash Padel Club Doral LLC names, logos, designs, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Smash Padel Club Doral LLC and may not be commercially reproduced or exploited without written permission.

24. Prohibited Use

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, harvest data without authorization, impersonate others, engage in fraud or unlawful conduct, interfere with operations, or misuse Smash Padel Club Doral LLC’s website or messaging services.

25. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smash Padel Club Doral LLC services are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Smash Padel Club Doral LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted website, network, messaging, facility, instructor, or program availability. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

26. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smash Padel Club Doral LLC DBA Ola Club, and its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, and agents from claims arising from the customer’s violation of these Terms, unlawful or negligent conduct, misuse of club property or systems, or claims involving a guest or minor for whom the customer is responsible.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

28. Changes to These Terms

Smash Padel Club Doral LLC may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted publicly with a revised effective date.

29. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
